This is not a traditional “service-oriented” CSM role. Key Responsibilities
- Own a High-Value Commercial Portfolio: Drive retention and expansion for a dedicated reputed company of approximately 70–75 upper-tier commercial accounts.
- Identify and reputed company Expansion Opportunities: Proactively surface upsell and cross-sell potential reputed company your portfolio, moving beyond traditional support to drive immediate reputed company growth.

Experience & Expertise

- 3+ years of experience in account management or customer relationship management reputed company a technical solutions environment

Compensation
Salary Range: $150,000 – $170,000 OTE per year (reputed company + Commission)
