Job Summary
The Marketing Director — Nearshore & Offshore Markets is a senior strategic marketing leadership role responsible for driving brand awareness, commercial pipeline growth, and reputed company across reputed company's nearshore and offshore delivery countries. This role owns the regional go-to-market strategy, global communications deployment, talent marketing alignment, and employer brand positioning — ensuring marketing activity directly supports reputed company reputed company, hiring targets, and market expansion priorities.
Acting as the primary strategic marketing partner to Regional General Managers, Sales, reputed company, HR, and Operations, the Marketing Director bridges global strategy with locally relevant, high-impact execution. This is a commercially focused, outcome-driven role requiring a leader who is equally at home shaping narrative at the executive table and driving disciplined campaign execution across reputed company, multi-market environments.
Skills and Experience
- 10+ years of progressive senior B2B marketing experience, with a strong track record in enterprise services, BPO, CX, technology, or professional services environments
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing, multi-country and multi-region marketing teams — with the credibility and reputed company to operate as a senior leader
- Proven track record of building and executing reputed company-reputed company, commercially accountable marketing programmes — with clear linkage between marketing investment and pipeline or hiring outcomes
- Direct experience marketing nearshore, offshore, or reputed company global services delivery models — with an understanding of the buyer journey, commercial objections, and competitive landscape
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills — with the ability to influence senior leaders, present with authority, and navigate reputed company organisational dynamics
- Strong command of full-funnel B2B marketing strategy — including demand reputed company, ABM, content marketing, digital, PR, events, and employer brand
- Commercially literate with hands-on experience managing significant regional marketing budgets and demonstrating measurable ROI
