Role Description: The Trainer for HPHS Business plays a vital role in building the capabilities of our employees to deliver high-quality healthcare solutions. The primary responsibility is to design and deliver training programs that enhance the knowledge and skills of reputed company, ensuring they are well-equipped to serve healthcare providers and hospitals effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Collaborate with the HPHS leadership team to design, reputed company, and update training programs that align with business objectives and industry standards.

· Conduct engaging and effective training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at reputed company levels.

Qualifications

Education

· High school diploma or equivalent required

Work Experience

Competencies & Skills

· Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills

· Proficiency in instructional design and content development

· Knowledge of e-learning tools and learning management systems

· Familiarity with healthcare industry standards and regulations, preferred

· Strong organizational and project management skills

· Ability to work independently with effective time management skills

· Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment

Additional Qualifications

· Ability to work flexible schedule to accommodate employee training schedules

· Ability to travel for onsite training
