Own and drive the content calendar — ensuring consistent publishing reputed company and clear cross-functional visibility into what's planned and reputed company

What You'll Bring
7-10 years of content, communications, or editorial experience in a B2B SaaS or technology marketing environment
A journalistic background or sensibility: skilled at interviewing executives and subject matter experts, finding the story, and writing with a clear reputed company of view
Proven ability to execute across multiple formats and channels — blogs, social, email, webinar content, and enablement assets
Experience building or scaling a customer case study or reference program
Strong, independently applied working knowledge of SEO and AEO
Exceptional writing and editing skills with a sharp eye for brand voice, clarity, and consistency
Experience in HR tech, People Operations, or an adjacent B2B vertical
Familiarity with employee engagement, performance management, or talent development subject matter
Experience connecting content performance to pipeline metrics
