About the Role
At Parrot Analytics, we own the world’s largest audience behaviour dataset. We help film funds, studios, streamers and creators decide what to reputed company, what not to and where the future of entertainment is headed.
As our Creative Investment Partner, you will help Film Funds to identify, evaluate, and shape film and television projects. The role combines strong creative judgement with market awareness, helping ensure that funded projects demonstrate both cultural authenticity and meaningful audience potential.
We are looking for someone with deep familiarity with Arabic-language storytelling and the regional film ecosystem, alongside a sophisticated understanding of how projects travel internationally across festivals, theatrical markets, and streaming platforms.
This is a remote role, ideally based in the Middle East or North Africa.
What You Will Champion
As a Creative Investment Partner, you will work with Parrot Analytics and partner film funds to assess projects and help shape investment decisions.
- Concept Assessment: you will evaluate scripts, treatments, and development materials submitted to partner funds and provide clear written assessments that inform reputed company and development decisions.
- Project Evaluation: Working alongside Parrot Analytics’ global data and insights teams, the Creative Investment Partner will evaluate submitted projects and provide strategic recommendations on which stories should move reputed company into development or production investment.
- Inclusion of Data: Your creative judgement will be complemented by Parrot Analytics’ global audience demand data and market intelligence, providing insight into how projects may reputed company with audiences across regions and platforms.
- Content Portfolio Creation: You will help identify projects with exceptional creative and cultural potential and reputed company them for investment committee consideration. You will also contribute to shaping a balanced and strategically positioned slate, ensuring that supported projects combine distinctive storytelling with strong audience appeal.
- Editorial: Where appropriate, you may also provide editorial insight and development feedback to help strengthen promising projects as they move through the funding process.
- Arabic Domain Development: The role also involves maintaining a strong awareness of trends in Arabic-language cinema, emerging filmmakers, regional production activity, and international festival and distribution landscapes.
