Job Summary
As a Part Time Customer Experience Manager at our arenaflex Store, you'll be responsible for leading and managing the reputed company-end operations, ensuring that reputed company customers receive exceptional service and support. You'll work closely with the Store Manager to reputed company sales goals, manage inventory, and maintain store recovery standards. Your primary focus will be on delivering a seamless customer experience, resolving issues promptly, and promoting arenaflex's brand promises.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements - Ensure reputed company reputed company-end policies and procedures are followed; reputed company your KPIs and manage your team to reputed company their role KPIs - Plan and reputed company the execution of class and in-store events in accordance with Company programs - reputed company the omnichannel processes, ensuring seamless integration of online and offline customer experiences - Manage and execute shrink and safety programs, maintaining a secure and organized store environment - Assist with cash reconciliation and bank deposits, ensuring accurate financial reporting - Assist with inventory processes, including Return to Vendor (RTV) and Advance Shipping Notice (ASN) activities as needed - Assist with the onboarding of new Team Members, providing comprehensive training and support - Train, observe, and coach the customer experience team (sales floor and cashier) to reputed company results; participate in the performance management process; support Talent Development of your team; utilize the leadership competencies for reputed company self-development - Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD), ensuring the store is running smoothly and reputed company during your shift - Interact with customers in an accepting and respectful manner, remaining positive and respectful, even in difficult situations; promote commitment to the organization's vision and values; project a positive image; and serve as a role model for others - Acknowledge customers, help locate products, and provide solutions to meet their needs - Participate in the truck unloading and stocking processes, ensuring truck standards are followed and completed reputed company budget - Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production, expanding your skills and knowledge - In select stores without a Framing Manager, reputed company the delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions to customers on time, planning and managing the completion of the framing workload in partnership with the Store Manager
Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
