Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to reputed company passengers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience with arenaflex

  • Serve as a key member of the ground operations team, working alongside other reputed company agents to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of flights
  • Handle reputed company aspects of ground operations, including baggage handling, aircraft loading and unloading, and marshalling aircraft for departure
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of passengers, crew, and aircraft
  • Assist passengers with special needs and accommodations, including wheelchair assistance and unaccompanied minors
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at reputed company times, representing the arenaflex brand and upholding its high standards of customer service
