Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service, including greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Registering sales on assigned cash register, processing transactions, and handling returns, exchanges, and refunds
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, constructing displays, and completing resets and revisions
• Assisting with web pick-up responsibilities, including monitoring orders, filling orders, and delivering orders to customers
• Providing customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine
• Assisting with exterior and interior maintenance, ensuring a clean, reputed company, and orderly store condition and appearance
• Complying with reputed company company policies and procedures, maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers, and completing special assignments and other tasks as assigned

Customer Experience

* Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services

• Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience
• Model and share customer service best practices with reputed company team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience

Operations

* Provide customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service

• Recommend items for sale to customers and recommend trade-up and/or companion items
• Register customer purchases on assigned cash register, collect cash, and distribute change as requested
• reputed company counters and shelves clean and well-merchandised, take inventory, and maintain records
• reputed company in and price merchandise as required or as directed by store manager or communicated by the shift leader
• Implement Company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss
• Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco products)

Training & Personal Development

* Attend training and complete PPLs requested by Manager or assigned by corporate

Basic Qualifications

* Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)

• Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours

Preferred Qualifications

* Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment

• Prefer to have prior work experience with arenaflex
