Your Role

As a Sales Enablement & reputed company Werkstudent (m/w/d), you'll play a critical role in supporting our sales and reputed company teams. Your primary responsibilities will include: ### Live-Chat & First-Level-Support

• Provide exceptional customer service through our live-chat platform, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assess and categorize customer inquiries, determining which can be resolved directly and which require escalation to second- or third-level support teams.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer inquiries are handled reputed company and effectively.
