Job Summary
The Customer Service Specialist will reputed company a wide range of customer service and collection duties, utilizing their knowledge of reputed company areas of Patient Financial Services to resolve patient inquiries, post payments, set up payment plans, and research and resolve account issues. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, able to provide empathetic and professional support to our patients, while also meeting collection goals and partnering with other departments to resolve customer service issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer patient questions regarding statements, payments, and account balances
- Post guarantor payments and set up payment plans reputed company established policies
- Research and resolve issues with accounts identified by patients
