About the Role

As a Product Operations Manager on our ChatGPT team, you'll be responsible for driving the launch and growth of our AI-powered products. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and GTM, to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders. Your expertise will be essential in establishing and leading programs and systems that provide reputed company for our teams, monitoring product metrics, and understanding customer feedback trends.

Key Responsibilities

* Program manage key betas, launches, launch events, and other strategic cross-functional initiatives
