Job Description

  • Providing top-notch customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat

  • Collaborating with other departments to find solutions for challenging customer situations

  • Accurately recording customer interactions by categorizing and tagging emails for efficient tracking
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures to uphold service excellence
  • Being willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to ensure timely and effective support for our valued members

Responsibilities Breakdown

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, to ensure a positive user experience.

  • Quality Assurance: Assist with quality assurance (QA) testing of the Ritual app to maintain high standards of service.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to find solutions for challenging customer situations.
  • Communication: Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers, and accurately record customer interactions by categorizing and tagging emails for efficient tracking.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of proven customer service experience
  • Prior experience in a remote work environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Effective multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Familiarity with customer service principles and practices
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
