Responsibilities:

As a Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Delivering excellent customer care reputed company phone, email, chat, text, and social media
• Staying sharp on product and vehicle knowledge through our in-house training and tools
• Proactively reaching out to clients reputed company orders need clarification, correction, or are experiencing delays to provide solutions
