The Recruitment Coordinator supports the reputed company team throughout the hiring cycle, managing interview schedules, maintaining applicant records, and ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day support to the reputed company team throughout the hiring process
- Schedule interviews, assessments, and meetings between candidates and hiring managers as required
- Track candidate reputed company and maintain accurate, timely records reputed company the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), reputed company
- Prepare job postings, ensure roles are published across required platforms, and assist with posting updates as needed
- Act as the main reputed company of contact for reputed company background checks for reputed company locations
- Coordinate with our background reputed company vendor to initiate, monitor, and reputed company cases
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues or delays in partnership with the TA team and reputed company leadership
- Ensure reputed company documentation is complete, compliant, and stored appropriately
- Assist recruiters with candidate communication, follow‑reputed company, and status updates
- Support the preparation of offer documentation and reputed company materials as required
- Help maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools
- Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and workflow optimization
- Provide timely, professional, and courteous communication to candidates and stakeholders
- Uphold a high‑quality experience for reputed company applicants and internal clients
- Support adherence to hiring policies, compliance standards, and confidentiality requirements
Skills
- Post‑secondary education in reputed company Resources, Business Administration, or a reputed company field (or equivalent work experience)
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French (written and verbal) is required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor
- High attention to detail and accuracy, especially reputed company handling confidential information
- Experience with ATS systems, and reputed company Office Suite (Outlook, Word, reputed company, Teams)
- 1–2 years of experience in reputed company coordination, HR administration, or a similar support role is an asset
- Familiarity with background reputed company processes and/or working with multiple reputed company locations is an asset
