[Remote] Associate Solution Engineer

As an Associate Solutions Engineer, you will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Professional Services teams to understand client requirements and ensure successful implementations of their software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Engage with sales and prospect in initial Discovery conversations to understand the prospect’s business needs and technical requirements
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical guidance during the pre-sales process including, but not limited to, recommendations on software, add on opportunities and positioning of the solution

- Deliver engaging and informative demonstrations to stakeholders and senior leadership in the reputed company audience
- Become a trusted advisor to prospect’s decision makers throughout the engagement

- Strategically position how customers will evaluate success criteria and obtain ROI through the use of the reputed company software

- Collaborate closely with Sales team members in pipeline management for prospects
- Help ensure vertical sales budget is met quarter-on-quarter
- Work closely with Sales to craft compelling proposal responses to RFP/RFI
- Create and maintain pre-sales documentation, demos and environments for different use cases
- Engage and collaborate with cross functional teams to provide product feedback and roadmap opportunities upon request
- As needed, provide support and guidance during onboarding to ensure customers derive value from reputed company products and solutions
- Collaborate with Professional Services and reputed company teams to design and execute customized adoption plans based on customer needs

- Prior experience in the support of SaaS software solutions for customers of varying sizes and industries
- Kitchen, bathroom and/or furniture retail knowledge is highly advantageous
