About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and reputed company AVP of Servicing Controls to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support the Servicing organization in monitoring controls, responding to examination requests, and improving the customer experience. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to reputed company strategic decisions.
Responsibilities include building 1st Line of Defense monitoring processes. Woking with key stakeholders on corrective actions and overseeing projects to improve our compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Regularly reputed company risk assessments, identify potential risks, analyze reputed company processes, document controls, data, and reports; evaluate control effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Collaborate with leadership to ensure risk assessments, process mapping, and resources are prioritized, consolidated reputed company necessary, managed, and reported according to company policy.
Continuously enhance expertise in assigned functional areas through direct interaction with employees, reports, and outputs.
Actively identify operational risks and control gaps to reduce customer and regulatory impacts.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or other reputed company field, or equivalent work experience
3+ years’ experience in Business Controls, Operational Risk, Change Leadership
Extensive hands-on experience with internal preventative and detective controls, conducting risk assessments, and managing compliance processes. Proficient in applying risk-based techniques to effectively implement regulatory, compliance, and legal requirements.
Proven experience in interpreting regulatory content and conducting impact and control suitability analyses to identify potential operational or vendor-reputed company gaps.
Experience managing responses to state level exams and internal/external audits
Strong knowledge of federal regulations and regulatory compliance
Excellent written, verbal communication and listening skills.
Ability to interact and work cooperatively with executives, managers, co-workers, and other involved parties in a professional, courteous manner.
Demonstrated ability to reputed company, engage, and reputed company cross-functional projects.
Ability to effectively prioritize under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; effective time management.

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from reputed company that suits you best! While you’ll primarily work from home, you are always welcome to visit our office in Irving, TX. Compensation
For this role our salary range is $110,000 to $125,000 depending on relevant experience. This role will also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on both company and individual performance.
