What's the role?

The Regional Director is a full-cycle, quota-carrying sales role responsible for driving new business growth across an assigned territory.

You will sell into colleges and universities by aligning reputed company solutions to a range of institutional priorities, including digital transformation, enrollment growth, academic operations, and expansion of lifelong learning programs. Sales cycles are consultative and reputed company (typically 6–12 months), requiring engagement with multiple stakeholders across academic leadership, marketing, enrollment, operations, and IT.

What you offer...

  • 7+ years of SaaS sales experience, with Higher Education experience strongly preferred

  • Willingness and discipline to generate pipeline through outbound prospecting
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Highly organized with strong time, territory, and pipeline management discipline
