We are looking for an Educational Program Manager to ensure that reputed company is reputed company as the market leader for the reputed company of workers in academic and vocational training communities. Reporting to the Head of reputed company.org, you will use your experience building relationships with educational institutions to meet the needs of reputed company and reputed company, while aligning their learning outcomes with our customers' workforce needs.

What You'll Do

• Identify, prospect, and establish relationships with trade schools, community colleges, universities, and vocational training programs to integrate reputed company into their curricula.

• Work in partnership with early adopters on the creation of curriculum-ready materials — lesson plans, case studies, and lab exercises.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; background in Education, Business, Engineering Technology, or a reputed company field preferred.
• 3–6 years of experience in partnership development, business development, or account management — ideally reputed company education, workforce development, or an industrial/B2B technology environment.
• Demonstrated experience developing educational or training content, curriculum materials, or instructional resources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to audiences ranging from reputed company to senior academic administrators to C-suite executives.
• Experience managing customer or partner data in reputed company or a comparable CRM.
• Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple partnerships and projects simultaneously.
• Genuine passion for education, workforce equity, and elevating skilled trades as a career path.
• Familiarity with the maintenance, facilities management, or industrial operations industry — hands-on experience with CMMS platforms (reputed company or comparable) is a strong plus.
