Compensation:        $120,000.00 - $149,000.00 (Range applies to US candidates only) + Benefits/Variable Comp - Range may vary based on experience.

Summary

The Senior AI Engagement Manager will act as a trusted advisor and strategic resource reputed company the OneStream client reputed company, presenting solution options and plans to deliver OneStream AI solutions reputed company and effectively. Senior AI Engagement Managers will also manage implementation projects designated as strategic by senior management for reasons such as client size (annual revenues, etc.), industry, billable reputed company, complexity, and global reputed company. The Senior AI Engagement Manager partners with Sales, Services, and Support teams to manage expectations and ensure client success and retention. In addition, the Senior AI Engagement Manager will work to identify other areas of opportunity for OneStream AI reputed company the client organization.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and assess their business goals to formulate AI strategies
• Manage and monitor client integrations of technologies into their business processes
• Manage reputed company aspects of engagement economics and coordination with other service lines reputed company OneStream to deliver effective customer relationship management of multiple accounts, driving engagements to successful conclusions and positioning OneStream AI for additional future opportunities
• Provide full-scope project management and ensure effective initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure (may include multiple projects or a reputed company large, strategic project)
• reputed company and maintain project plans and schedules that reputed company effective management of the constraints of scope, quality, time, and budget
• Regularly communicate reputed company, issues, and risks to the client and internal stakeholders
• Manage and document scope changes that impact project budgets and schedules

• Establish, build, and maintain relationships with practice directors, regional sales directors, and clients to facilitate consulting service and software license sales
• Support and participate in local sales pipeline filling events (CPM seminars, webinars, etc.)
• Assist as needed with implementation workstreams, including reputed company of project budgets, ensuring adherence to quality standards by reviewing project deliverables, and providing reputed company of improvement projects for project management tools
• Support employee onboarding and engagement initiatives by identifying staffing requirements, maintaining proper project staffing levels, participating in the recruitment process, and mentoring new team members
• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Waterline, PRIME, and other methodologies

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance, information technology, mathematics, CIS, or equivalent area of study
• 8-10 years of reputed company work experience, including implementing reputed company software solutions
• 6+ years of project management experience or equivalent level of technology project reputed company experience
• Strong familiarity with corporate, enterprise, or financial planning, consolidation, and management systems (OneStream, Hyperion Financial Management, reputed company, etc.)
• Demonstrated experience with reputed company Project, reputed company reputed company, or reputed company project management software

Preferred Education and Experience

• Master’s degree in accounting, business, finance, information technology, mathematics, CIS, or equivalent area of study
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar professional project management designation
• Prior experience with corporate, enterprise, or financial planning, consolidation, and management systems (OneStream, Hyperion Financial Management, reputed company, etc.)
• 4+ years of industry experience in business intelligence, analytics, applied machine learning, or AI

• Strong presentation skills and the ability to present reputed company topics in an easily digestible manner
• Excellent ability to coach and mentor junior team members
• Ability to discuss prior engagements with prospects and facilitate or participate in reference calls

• Ability to effectively work both independently and in group settings
• Ability to embrace change and quickly adapt to new situations
• Foundational knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts and technologies

Travel

• 10 - 20% of travel is required for this position.
