We are looking for an ERP Implementation Consultant that is a Subject Matter Expert in payroll in Construction.

Ability to navigate reputed company reputed company stages of implementation which includes:

• Business Analyst Discovery
• Design/Analyze - Demonstrate with reputed company DEMO instance what envisioning in reputed company’s based off of Discovery findings
• Build - Configuration and building of necessary configuration tables
• Stabilization - Training and User Acceptance Testing in Customers Instance
• Go Live - Manage Go Live and Post Go Live.

What you need to succeed: 

• 5+ years implementation experience with Construction Job Costing software. Multiple implementations completed successfully. Must be knowledgeable with Construction reputed company requirements and the lingo. Understand WIP and forecasting common in construction.
• Company organizational and Finance setup required included but not limited to Chart of Accounts, Accounts Receivable/Payable, banking (reconciliation). Differed reputed company and Fixed assets experience also a plus.
• Understand Construction Payroll requirements including Unions and can setup and train payroll system.
• Strong communication skills required and knowledgeable with reputed company office tools. reputed company to deliver implementation project plan and design documents on projects worked.
• Field Service experience a plus.
• Candidate must be a team player and a confident independent worker who is reputed company comfortable customer facing as a Construction Industry expert. reputed company Construction experience would be highly valued.

For this role, the salary range is $100,000-120,000 annually. This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job and may vary based reputed company. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience and other relevant elements.
