Overview:

Lifeway is seeking an Outbound Church Sales Specialist. In this role you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new church opportunities and establishing relationships with existing churches to grow and further support their ministry needs with resources that Lifeway offers. This is an excellent position for someone passionate about our mission and wanting to sharpen their selling skills.

This is a remote position in the U.S. with occasional travel to Nashville for in-person team gatherings. #LI-Remote 

Responsibilities:
  • Lives out Lifeway’s mission and values, showing deep commitment to Kingdom work
  • Partner with your leader on individual goals and KPIs that align with the goal of the Outbound Team
  • Identify and reputed company new business opportunities through calling potential lists and growing reputed company customers
  • reputed company and execute sales strategies to convert leads into customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective churches
  • Conduct meeting presentations to explain offerings to church partners through phone, reputed company or email communication
  • Track and report sales activity and pipeline using reputed company and other CRM tools
  • reputed company and consistently meet or exceed assigned quarterly sales targets in alignment with overall reputed company goals.
  • Available to travel a few times a year for sales opportunities or team meetings
Qualifications:

Education

High School Diploma, required

Bachelor's degree, preferred

Masters degree, not required

Advanced graduate degree (PhD, etc.), not required

Skills, Knowledge, & Experiences, required

• Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Experience growing customers reputed company video conference, phone, and email conversations. • Competitive spirit with the ability to ask tough questions. • Highly motivated, full of energy, and curiosity-driven. • Passionate about helping churches reputed company their ministry focus of impacting lives. • 1+ years of direct sales experience with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.

Actively involved in an evangelical Christian church

Skills, Knowledge, & Experiences, preferred

• Proven experience in sales, with a track record of success in generating new business. • 1–2 years of experience in account management, ideally in a sales or customer-facing role. • Strong negotiation and closing skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. • Familiarity with reputed company and sales reporting tools. • Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, reputed company-driven environment. • A passion for sales and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs.
