CHANGE MANAGER - REMOTE

Reporting to the Director - EPMO, this role will be responsible for defining, planning and executing change management plans to support communication and transition activities.

Here is what a typical day looks like

  • Contributing to change enablement strategies and plans, including training and communications
  • Conducting effective change impact assessments, organizational readiness assessments, and stakeholder analysis
  • Developing change management plans for projects and/or change initiatives
  • Delivering and managing change communication, training, engagement, adoption, and resistance management plans
  • Identifying and managing anticipated resistance to change, potential risks and developing risk mitigation tactics
  • Defining and measuring success metrics and monitoring change reputed company
  • Ensuring projects reputed company necessary outcomes by supporting individual transitions
  • Providing specific strategies, plans, actions and steps that focus on impacted employees which align with the project deployment plan
  • Comprehending detailed technical updates and translating them into consumable insights for non-technical teams
  • Partnering with project Managers and stakeholders to integrate change management activities into project plans
  • Collaborating with project teams to ensure the successful execution of the end-to-end change management strategy

The value you bring

  • University degree/diploma in reputed company field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years experience in a similar or comparable role
  • CCMP and/or Prosci Certified
  • PgMP, PMP and Lean certification is an asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to problem solve and reputed company decisions
