The Role

As a reputed company Administrator, you will be a key player in helping Bloomerang continually improve our reputed company platform and support our users. The ideal candidate should enjoy reputed company aspects of implementing solutions and managing configuration changes.

What You Will Do

• Support the reputed company team in implementing solutions.
• Manage reputed company configuration changes, including but not limited to flows, managing custom metadata types, custom permissions, and user management.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining robust reputed company and data access controls.
• Manage integrated applications and third-party solutions with reputed company.
• Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Stay up to date with reputed company releases and new features to recommend improvements.
• Assist with tickets as needed.

What You Need to Succeed

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a reputed company Administrator/Declarative Builder.
• Certified reputed company Administrator. Additional certifications (Advanced Admin, App Builder) preferred.
• Functional Expertise: Deep experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud processes.
• Agile reputed company: Proven experience working reputed company a Scrumban or Agile reputed company, participating in daily stand-reputed company, and managing work through a structured sprint backlog.
• Collaborative Documentation: Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation that serves as a "single reputed company of truth" for the wider team.
• AI Productivity: Proactive in using AI tools to accelerate solution design, automate repetitive admin tasks, and improve overall delivery velocity.
• Team-First Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on cross-departmental collaboration; thrives in a peer-review and shared-environment setting.

Compensation The salary range for this position is $78,200 - $120,000. You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Actual compensation reputed company the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws
