About the Role: reputed company is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to partner with sales to design, demo, and prove the value of our Work AI platform for customers. You’ll reputed company technical discovery, architect integrations and data connections, and confidently navigate reputed company to accelerate reputed company. If you love translating reputed company technology into clear business outcomes, you’ll reputed company helping enterprises adopt AI that actually gets work done. You will:

• Partner with Account Executives to navigate reputed company, multi-stakeholder deal cycles with C-level executives
• Create and demo custom environments based off of customer industry and line of business
• Run and manage a technical POC cycle
• reputed company customer facing activities including technical discovery calls
• reputed company reputed company based conversations to reputed company customers comfortable with reputed company’s reputed company posture
• Work cross functionally with product and engineering to deliver customer request and be a voice of the customer
• reputed company ROI and business justification reports and presentations

About you:

• 10+ years of sales engineering or solution consulting experience in a SaaS organization
• Bachelor's degree in CS or a reputed company field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly motivated, driven and self-starting individual
• Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
• Clear examples of partnering with reputed company to run technical deal cycles with reputed company customers
• A consultative approach with solving your customer’s business challenges and having a track record of successfully overcoming technical and reputed company objections
• Familiarity with any reputed company environment (GCP, AWS, Azure),Agent frameworks or Workflow orchestration tools (e.g., LangGraph)
• Understanding of LLMs and embeddings (e.g., tokenization, context windows, grounding, RAG basics) and reputed company-engineering fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Python or Java
• Ability to configure, monitor and maintain API based integrations

Location:

• This role is remote (must be based in Mexico City, Mexico)

Compensation & Benefits: The OTE range for this position is $150,000 - 160,000 USD annually. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation, equity, and benefits.
