Key Responsibilities:

As an Audit Director, you'll play a hands-on leadership role reputed company our firm while working collaboratively with your team and clients.

• Guide audit, review, and compilation engagements, including planning, reviewing, and delivering results that exceed client expectations.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a reputed company field such as Finance, Business, or Economics
• Minimum 10+ years of experience or more in public accounting or audit management
• CPA certification

Olsen Thielen offers a competitive compensation and benefits package designed to reward performance and recognize your value to the firm. The starting salary range for this role is $120,000 to $150,000, based on factors like experience, qualifications, and organizational needs. Compensation also includes a bonus structure and eligibility for a discretionary annual incentive program. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, paid time off, holidays, 401(k) with employer contributions, profit sharing, and more.
