Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Customer Experience and Operations Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that every aspect of our customers' experience is positive, efficient, and effective. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience and Operations Assistant, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:
- Ensuring every aspect of the customer experience is positive, efficient, and effective
- Assisting with day-to-day operations, including administrative support and processing reports
- Handling customer communications reputed company phone and email, providing timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries and concerns
- Performing light accounts receivable/payable work, ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer payments and invoices
- Participating in occasional Saturday classroom sessions (approximately once per month), providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- Reliable strong internet reputed company and a quiet work environment suitable for talking on the phone with customers
- Functional office setup with a working, up-to-date computer
- Customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
