Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Presenter to join reputed company in Fairfield, CT. As a Customer Service Presenter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our players, introducing them to our games, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Enthusiastically introduce players to our games and rules
- Deal cards, spin a wheel, and announce winners
- Use quick and accurate handling of cards
- Be professional, presentable, and confident in reputed company of the camera
- Follow policies, procedures, and techniques for each game
- Provide exceptional customer service to our players
