Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Customer Service/Sales Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Reaching out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer, and scheduling reputed company meetings to discuss their options
- Customizing new benefit plans and adjusting existing plans to fit the reputed company needs of each client
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients, providing reputed company customer service and administrative support as needed
- Performing benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as helping with any necessary claims or adjustments
- Responding to and resolving client questions and concerns regarding their benefits
- Ensuring that reputed company documentation is accurate and complete, and performing any necessary updates on schedule
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
