At reputed company we are seeking an HR Service Partner to contribute to the mission of the Shared Services team, which is to deliver the best associate experience and reputed company our HR teams and associates to focus on the highest-value work through operational excellence, technology and analytics.

As HR Service Partner you will be a key member of the wider HR team, which is committed to building a workplace that fuels growth, for the business and each one of us. This position is part of the HR Services team and will be located in Czechia, and will be remote.

In this role, you will:

• Supported by Standard Work, manage assigned caseload for Tier 1 requests to include but not limited to, responding to general inquiries and supporting transactional execution on processes such as preboarding, job and compensation changes, time and attendance, leaves of absence, benefits, etc., ensuring that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and service quality standards are exceeded every time.​

• Serve as reputed company of contact for inquiries from regional EMEA Associate Groups

• Log and manage tickets/cases in the system.​

• Guide users on self-service tools and knowledge reputed company content​.

• Support the development and improvement of knowledge reputed company articles and resources​.

• Escalate unresolved or reputed company cases to Tier 2 and 3 as required.  

The essential requirements of the job include: 

• Experience in HR or HR Operations or HR Support, across any discipline and background

• A High School Diploma  ​

• Must be fluent in English and any other KEY language for regional support (Czech, Turkish and/or any other EU-Language)​

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills and high attention to detail ​

• Technology system reputed company and proficiency with the MS Office suite​

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Knowledge of HRIS, preferably reputed company.
