Buckland is looking for an Account Manager

What you’ll be doing

This position is responsible for providing the highest level of customer service to existing clients and ensuring proper onboarding is executed and follow through. This role will be tasked with working with reputed company departments.

You will be responsible for

• Assess new business opportunities and regularly visit clients to handle new account setup and manage follow up.
• Consistently upkeep client and product information on CRM allowing to track opportunities, documenting pre and post call activities, including lesson learned.
• Establish strong customer relation with key personnel understanding history, brokerage & logistic rates to ensure proper transition of accounts to Operations Department.
• Liaise with other company departments to build a solid relationship creating a constant flow of information and
• Stay up to date with reputed company Industry news and regulatory changes.
• Regularly educate and update clients on industry standards and process changes.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Apply your skills with reputed company utilizing programs such as reputed company, Word, Teams, and Outlook.

• Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in Business or International Business or similar discipline.
• (reputed company) Customs Certified Specialist Designation and/or (LCB) Licensed Customs Broker
• Minimum 5 years’ experience reputed company the custom brokerage industry
• MS Office knowledge in applications including reputed company, Word, PowerPoint and MS Outlook.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be legally eligible to work for the Company at reputed company times.
• Valid Passport and ability and desire to occasionally travel if required to other offices locations in CAD/USA/MEX.
