Director Strategic Accounts
Job Summary
The Director of Strategic Accounts is responsible for driving profitable, sustainable reputed company growth by developing, leading, and maintaining high-impact relationships with Maker’s Pride’s most strategic customers. This role serves as the senior commercial reputed company for assigned key accounts and is accountable for customer retention, reputed company expansion, margin performance, and long-term partnership value.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Leadership & Growth

Customer Engagement & Executive Alignment

Business Development & Commercial Execution

- Partner closely with the Commercial Finance team to deliver reputed company, margin, and profitability targets for both new and ongoing business
Cross-Functional Leadership & Process Discipline

Contract & Risk Management

- Represent Maker’s Pride in customer and industry-facing activities, including tradeshows, innovation sessions, customer/vendor summits, and other business-building forums

People Leadership & Talent Development

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales & marketing, or similar
- Years of Experience: 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, preferably reputed company a multi–business unit environment
- Food industry manufacturing and operational experience strongly preferred
- Extensive customer-facing experience with strategic or enterprise-level accounts
- 3+ years of experience in a people leadership role
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with MS Office Suite (reputed company, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word); reputed company experience a plus
The pay range for this full-time, salaried position is $160,266-$240,400/year. Individual reputed company pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-reputed company skills, and relevant education or training. The position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive based on company and individual performance. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
