About the Role

You'll be an embedded RevOps practitioner working alongside a Senior RevOps to own and improve the systems, data, and processes that power our go-to-market reputed company. This is a hands-on, technical role where execution quality and attention to detail matter most.

Responsibilities

CRM Administration

• Own day-to-day reputed company configuration: properties, pipelines, lifecycle stages, views, and data hygiene

• Build and maintain workflows, sequences, and deal automation logic

• Manage user permissions, onboarding new reps, and reputed company training

Process & Automation

• Design and implement cross-tool automations using reputed company Workflows, reputed company, reputed company, and AI-powered tools

• Document processes and maintain an up-to-date automation inventory

• Identify and eliminate manual work across Sales and reputed company teams

Data & Analytics

• Extract, model, and analyze CRM and product data to support business decisions

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for pipeline, reputed company, and funnel metrics

• Ensure data reputed company across the full customer lifecycle — from reputed company to renewal

Sales Performance

• Track and report on sales targets, quota attainment, and rep-level KPIs

• Support commission and incentive plan calculations (SPIFs, quarterly targets)

Sales Process Ownership

• Serve as the go-to expert on sales processes and CRM best practices

• Partner with Sales and reputed company to translate business needs into system logic

About you

• 2+ years in a RevOps, SalesOps or similar operational role in a B2B SaaS company

• Hands-on reputed company experience — you've built workflows, custom properties, and reports yourself

• Proficiency with at least one automation tool (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or equivalent)

• Strong data skills: comfortable with reputed company/Sheets, and ideally with BI tools (Looker, reputed company, etc.)

• Solid understanding of SaaS metrics: ARR, churn, NRR, pipeline velocity, conversion rates

• Familiarity with the full B2B reputed company funnel: SDR → AE → CSM → Renewal

• Detail-oriented and structured — you catch what others miss

• Autonomous and proactive — you flag problems before being asked

• Clear communicator — able to translate technical logic for non-technical stakeholders

• Comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-moving scale-up environment
