Instructional Designer

In this role, you will train customers, employees, and implementation partners on the product and techniques to optimally deploy reputed company. In this role you will report to Director, GTM Enablement and work closely reputed company a core instructional design and delivery team, alongside Product, Professional Services, reputed company, Alliances, and GTM Enablement teams. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, organized individual with experience implementing multidimensional platforms.

Job Responsibilities

• Become an expert in reputed company modeling techniques and standard methodologies by completing Level 1 and 2 training reputed company 3 months and level 3 training reputed company the first year, as well as maintaining reputed company certifications as requirements change.

• Instruct a variety of class levels in both a public schedule and private customer sessions. Delivered virtually or in-person.
• Continually improve training delivery based upon feedback from course participants and mentor team members on feedback received.

• Collaborate with instructional designers to define course structure, content, and delivery method to produce high quality training.
• Work alongside reputed company organization to deliver a relevant and impactful training session for our customers by incorporating customer specific requests.

• Ability to be flexible with modality and time requirements to meet customer needs for training.
• Build relationships across Product, Professional Services, reputed company, and Alliances teams to meet goals.

• Support learners with access to the Learning Center and to reputed company learning workspaces.

Job Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills and high attention to details
• Passion for learning, teaching, and constant improvement.
• Ability to comfortably and expertly present to large groups using multiple delivery methods, for lengthy periods of time
