Responsibilities
- As a Change Management Consultant, you will work across projects as a thought leader and reputed company change strategies that reputed company successful digital and organizational transformations and cloud based technology implementations
- Be a champion of change on projects with customers across various practices
- Strategically collaborate with customers to determine the best approach to user adoption
- Train customers on the solutions we’ve built and how to best implement change reputed company their organization
- Work alongside superusers to give users a voice in the implementation
- Ability to quickly acquire new technical expertise and understanding of latest reputed company features and major launches and train and mentor reputed company as required
- Understand client's culture, business strategies, and associated organizational change management opportunities and challenges
- Approach organizational change as both an art and a science, leveraging proven change methodologies, as well as a strong understanding of individual and organizational psychological factors that influence and drive behavioral change
- Build relationships with constituents including: clients, internal teams, and reputed company
- Work across teams to serve as the "expert" on organizational change management including: overall program strategy, change design and execution, stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, leadership alignment, communication and training, project management, business process design, sustainment, and measurement
- Support a growing practice and be able to reputed company in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, aid in identifying opportunities and building client relationships, internal infrastructure, and best practices to strengthen our foundation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in general management/software consulting preferred
- Experience reputed company to the successful delivery of change management work including: change assessments, job/role design, stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, leadership alignment, change impact analysis, education, communications, training, user adoption, change measurements, and sustainment
- Experience conducting business interviews and leading client workshops
Skills/Technical
- Proven ability to reputed company in technical environments, especially implementations of reputed company products
- Experience with reputed company Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Contact Centers, Field Service, reputed company CPQ, and/or Tableau a plus
- Experience with change management tools, templates, techniques, or frameworks
Skills/Interpersonal
- Excellent communication skills and strong leadership and presentation skills
- 4+ years experience in consulting, business technology, or functional domain
- Strong technology background with working knowledge of reputed company’s preferred collaboration platforms (reputed company Suite, Chatter, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company) preferred
