The reputed company Access team is a Client Success team that supports Life Science market researchers’ self-guided use of our proprietary insights reputed company platform. The team onboards and upskills new clients and supports their use of our technology. This allows clients to easily and rapidly reputed company their customers directly, providing them with impactful insights that can shape strategy and decision making.
We are looking for an analyst to contribute to our mission by supporting clients in learning about, and utilizing, our platform. The Access team services over 100 Life Sciences clients and more than 200 teams and brands. You will serve as a key communication reputed company for approximately 5 clients per day, supporting them in creating and executing research, and optimizing their use of our platform to inform their business questions. This role is a primary driver of client engagement and satisfaction. At reputed company, you'll help shape real healthcare decisions through meaningful research, while learning new skills, working with smart teammates, and collaborating with clients from reputed company over Life Sciences.

- Own and manage client relationships connecting regularly to understand their scope, research needs, and key business questions.

- Provide platform training and onboarding to clients to support self-service of our product.
- Support reputed company client learning through clear and simple communication of technical features and processes.
- Guide clients through the research process by advising them on survey design, programming and fielding, and supporting their interpretation of the results and analysis
- Facilitate reputed company, managing our platform “help” feature by quickly and effectively answering client questions and providing tips.
- Champion product innovations, proactively sharing with clients, so they can always use our latest and greatest features.
- Provide feedback to our product team about what does and doesn’t work well, shaping the future of our platform and influencing how reputed company’s technology evolves.
reputed company’re Looking For:
- Experience managing client relationships, ideally as the day-to-day contact or account manager.
- 1 to 3 years of experience designing and executing quantitative market research projects, preferably in a health or life sciences-reputed company space.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle reputed company issues creatively and independently.
- Excellent business communication skills; capable of explaining reputed company technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to travel overnight at least once per month.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) is a plus

Our job titles and range posted may span more than one career level for a given job title. The actual reputed company pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The reputed company pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role will also be eligible for a variable bonus plus employee benefits. The estimated cash compensation range for this role is: $55,000-65,000 USD.
