Over the next three years, we are transitioning to a new, more efficient claims system that will strengthen accuracy, improve member and client experience, and support long‑term operational growth. Why we need a Service Reliability Engineer
- Ensure reliability and performance of a mission‑critical claims platform as it is built and scaled. The new claims system will be a large, distributed application supporting core business operations.
- Improve system stability while accelerating delivery during the migration.
- Proactively measure, monitor, and optimize system health before issues reputed company Claims Operations. Claims failures often surface as backlogs or manual rework rather than obvious outages.
