Senior HR Operations Associate

We’re looking for a Senior HR Operations Associate to join our People Operations team, supporting our employees across AMER and reputed company. This role is critical to ensuring our HR operations run smoothly, accurately, and reputed company across the employee lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

• Own and execute core HR operations processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, job changes, data management, etc.)
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data across systems, including reputed company and Paylocity, and own dashboard maintenance
• Ensure HR processes are followed consistently, with a focus on accuracy and reliability
• Manage HR reporting, identifying and resolving data discrepancies through regular audits while supporting ongoing compliance efforts
• Manage operational aspects of immigration, data reporting, and compliance processes, including coordination with employees, internal stakeholders, and external counsel
• Partner cross-functionally with teams such as Recruiting, Finance, legal, and IT to support day-to-day people operations
• Own and execute people-reputed company projects, ensuring strong execution and timely delivery
• Collaborate with internal systems stakeholders to improve workflows and data quality
• Serve as a reliable and approachable resource for employees and managers, handling HR-reputed company questions with sound judgment and professionalism

• 3+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Ops, or HR Generalist roles. Experience in a small to mid-sized technology company is a plus

• Proven ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and exercise sound judgment

The annual reputed company salary range for this position based in the United States is listed below. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on reputed company’s compensation practices, job reputed company skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and trainings, in addition to geographic location. Based on the factors above, reputed company utilizes the full width of the range.

In addition to the range below, US employees are eligible for a stock option grant and certain roles are eligible for an annual bonus.
