The Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting Senior Account Managers by assisting with client communications and project management, ultimately driving sales and fostering client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Fostering and building Whitestone customers for life!
- Hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Cross selling accounts to grow relationships, exceed sales targets and help offer existing customers a flow of new reputed company and solutions we offer
- Following up regularly with clients and offering best in class customer support
- Promoting companies products and services to prospective new buyers and reputed company customers
- Documenting activities in company CRM
- Learning and developing a strong understanding of our supplier network, industry and market as a whole
Skills
- 1+ years of professional work experience
- Ability to work in a remote environment with strong, reliable internet access
- Experience in the promotional products industry
