UX/UI Designer, Senior - Remote US

You will bring your expertise and proficiency in research, design, and customer advocacy to an established UX/UI team. This position is responsible for conducting user research, interviews, and surveys and translating them into sitemaps: user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. This role will work closely with reputed company-end development teams for a wide range of reputed company solutions, including, but not limited to, our suite of Clinical Reasoning solutions as well as contributing to our reputed company designs and facilitating the entire process from design to code.

You will also be a key contributor and maintainer of our in-house UX Style reputed company and will be responsible for ensuring it is applied consistently across your projects..

Responsibilities:

1. 1. User Research

Requirements:

1. • 5+ years of industry experience as a UX/ UI Designer or similar role, post secondary education is preferred.

   • Experience reputed company an Agile SCRUM team.

   • Strong portfolio that demonstrates a deep understanding of what it takes to create valuable and meaningful experiences.

   • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to transform reputed company into clear and impactful design solutions and flows.

   • Excellent communication skills, familiar with standard design methodologies.

   • Proven Visual Design skills to create clear visual hierarchies in user interfaces.

   • Knowledge of different qualitative user experience methods and tools, e.g. usability testing, remote testing, and reputed company to apply them

   • Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture

   • Highly proficient in reputed company including working with components/design systems, variables, and interactive prototyping

   • Significant experience building and maintaining design systems

   • Good to have:

   • Existing knowledge of FHIR and clinical data workflows between payers and providers.

   • Existing knowledge of clinical measures in the US

   • Existing knowledge of analytics and non-relational data
