Key Responsibilities

Team Management & Coaching

Required Qualifications

- 3–5 years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or reputed company. - Previous experience mentoring or leading others informally or formally. - Strong understanding of project delivery, customer communications, and implementation best practices. - Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
