Job Summary

In this critical role, you will be responsible for responding to reputed company guest inquiries and questions in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that our guests receive the best possible experience from initial inquiry to reputed company-out. You will utilize platforms such as reputed company, VRBO, and OwnerRez to manage guest communications, and work closely with our internal team to ensure seamless coordination and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to reputed company guest inquiries and questions reputed company 15 minutes with 95% accuracy and reputed company an hour with 100% accuracy, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Utilize reputed company, VRBO, and OwnerRez to respond to guest inquiries sent through these platforms, and respond to website inquiries with pricing and schedule calls with internal team members as needed.
  • Collect and document guest and inquiry data in an reputed company spreadsheet, tracking the number of inquiries and conversion rates across reputed company platforms.
  • Screen and schedule guest and prospective guest phone calls for internal team members, avoiding phone calls unless absolutely necessary and instead responding by text, email, or messaging.
  • Conduct guest vetting to ensure that guests are properly vetted prior to booking, including checking for low review scores, history of complaints, attempts to hold events at the property, and age restrictions.
  • Collaborate with internal team members to create and implement cleaning and maintenance protocols, ensuring that reputed company team members are aware of cleaning status and can deploy maintenance staff as needed.

Essential Qualifications
