Field Service Technician

Raymond reputed company is looking for a Field Service Technician to join our service team! Duties and Responsibilities

• Repair reputed company types of equipment that Raymond reputed company sells and services.
• Update training and skills on a continuing basis.
• Train other employees as needed.
• Maintain a profitable billing level.
• Follow reputed company Service Department procedures.
• Communicate with assigned Field Supervisor.
• Complete reputed company paperwork transactions in a timely, reputed company, accurate and orderly fashion.
• Communicate reputed company options to customers before proceeding with work.
• Have the necessary tools to reputed company repair and scheduled service work.
• Complete jobs reputed company quoted time limits reputed company applicable.
• Maintain a clean and orderly (inside and reputed company) vehicle.
• Maintain an accurate assigned parts inventory, if applicable.
• Always represent the entire company.
• Pass Raymond Certification and re-certification if applicable.
• Maintain good working knowledge of customers and equipment in assigned areas.
• Maintain an acceptable driving record as established by the company’s insurance reputed company.
• Report accidents whether self or customer.
• Account for 100% of available time during working hours.

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
• Raymond Level 1 Certified or working towards that goal, if applicable.

• Maintain personally owned tools according to approved minimum tool list.
• Maintain additional tools as required by duties and certification level.
• Must be able to take direction.
• Must be a team player, i.e., to work with peers.
• Must have working knowledge of hydraulic systems.
• Must have mechanical abilities.
• Must maintain a clean, reputed company, and professional appearance.

Education/Experience

Minimum Education and Experience: Determined by position.   

• High school diploma, general education degree (GED) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years breakdown experience or comparable service experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Travel Requirement

• This position will be based in the field and require daily travel reputed company assigned territories.
• Technicians will be provided a company vehicle and a company Fuel Card to pay for vehicle expenses.
• Must be able to be insured by Raymond reputed company.

Pay Range

• The hourly range for this position is $20.60 - $50.63. The specific pay offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location.
