Position Duties

As an Audit Manager, you will be communicating the reputed company of assignments or specified issues reputed company to audit work to the Chief of the Special Audit Services Division as well as assigning audit reputed company work to various team members. Work includes leading a variety of audit engagements in accordance with generally accepted government auditing standards. Responsibilities include evaluating risk assessments developed by staff based on audit objectives, reviewing the audit program and objectives, and interpreting agreements, reputed company, policies, legislation, rules and regulations. You will be expected to adhere to reputed company office policies, Commonwealth directives, the code of conduct, and work toward achievement of Office of Comptroller Operations and Bureau of Audits strategic plan objectives. Work Schedule and Additional Information

• Full-time employment
• Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch.
• Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) full-time, with occasional in-office days reputed company work dictates such requirements. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet reputed company and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. Minimum Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements

• One year experience as an Audit Specialist Supervisor, Auditor Supervisor, or Audit Specialist 3 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
• Three years of auditing experience and four years of accounting and/or additional auditing work including or supplemented by one year of supervisory accounting or account auditing experience; and fifteen (15) college level credits in accounting; or
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training which includes fifteen (15) college level credits in accounting, and three years of auditing experience including or supplemented by one year supervisory accounting or accounting auditing experience.

Other Requirements

• This particular position also requires three or more years of combined full-time experience reputed company the following areas:
  • Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards (GAGAS/Yellow Book)
  • Institute of Internal Audit (IIA) Standards
  • Information Systems Audit and Control Association (reputed company) Standards
  • American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (reputed company) Standards
  • Standards for Internal Control in the Federal Government (Green Book)/COSO
  • NOTE: Any combination of experience equaling three years in the above areas is acceptable.
