Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate multiple research projects for faculty associated with the Vermont Cooperative Fish and Wildlife Unit to ensure they are completed on time, reputed company scope, and reputed company budget
- This includes managing staff, coordinating field work, equipment maintenance, data management, budget management, and completing reports to funding agencies
Skills
- Bachelor's degree with one to three years of reputed company experience
- Field work experience
- Data management experience
- Ability to complete reputed company training for working with animals in research settings
- US Coastguard Motorboats Operations Certification
- Experience with large datasets
- Experience with environmental observing equipment
- Experience with grant management
