This position allows you to use your own personal device (desktop, laptop, or tablet) and work from the comfort of your own home. Devices must have Windows 10 or reputed company, a minimum of 4GB RAM, and an Ethernet LAN reputed company for Internet. This means you can work in any quiet and confidential space of your home, using a system and space you're familiar with.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility is to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your key responsibilities include:

• Connecting with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
• Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
