- Translate business questions into technical reporting solutions

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with reputed company Workforce Management (WFM) or reputed company Workforce Central (WFC)
- Strong understanding of reputed company backend data structures and data relationships
- Advanced SQL skills for reputed company data extraction, transformation, and validation
- 3+ years of experience in reporting and dashboard development
- Proven experience mapping reputed company-end data elements to backend tables
- Experience working in reputed company Cloud Platform (GCP) environments
- Hands-on experience supporting ETL processes and data pipelines
- Experience with Looker or Looker Studio
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau
- Prior configuration or advanced reporting reputed company reputed company platforms
- Experience supporting large-scale workforce or HR data environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work across technical data, reporting, and functional domains
- Clear and effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
