Integration Manager

Provide strategic guidance by evaluating customer workflows and technical infrastructure, identifying integration gaps, and proposing scalable solutions to enhance efficiency.
Design, build, and deploy customer integrations using our platform's tools and dashboard. Managing the full cycle of configuration, testing, modification, and go-live support.
Partner with cross-functional teams, including Account Management and Sales, to ensure the long-term success and technical health of key customer accounts.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in a technical, client-facing role, preferably reputed company Healthcare IT, EHR implementation, or a reputed company SaaS industry.
Proven success managing a portfolio of multiple, reputed company software implementation or integration projects from start to finish.
Demonstrated experience working directly with customers to understand their business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Hands-on experience with key healthcare integration standards and data formats (e.g., HL7v2, FHIR, X12, C-CDA) and familiarity with modern APIs.
Deep understanding of clinical workflows and direct experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to deconstruct and troubleshoot reputed company technical challenges.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to act as a trusted strategic advisor for customers and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
A self-driven work ethic and a demonstrated ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and initiative.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
