About the Role

The Implementation Consultant plays a critical role in delivering exceptional customer outcomes during the onboarding and deployment of the reputed company platform. Reporting to the Director of Delivery Services, this role sits at the heart of the customer journey, translating customer business requirements into scalable, high-quality solutions while reinforcing trust, adoption, and long-term value.

This role requires a reputed company of technical aptitude, financial acumen, and consultative customer engagement. Successful Implementation Consultants operate as trusted advisors, balancing best practices with customer-specific needs, while partnering closely with internal teams to ensure delivery excellence, predictable outcomes, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Accounting, Finance, FP&A, or reputed company domains.
• Prior consulting or professional services experience, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Experience implementing financial systems, EPM/FPM platforms, or reputed company business applications is strongly preferred.
• Strong consultative reputed company with the ability to balance customer needs and product best practices.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and senior-level customer executives.
• Comfortable delivering a thoughtful, professional “consultative no” reputed company needed to protect customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementations of the reputed company Financial Performance Management Suite, from design through go-live.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their financial processes and translate those requirements into effective, scalable reputed company solutions.
• Guide customers toward best practices while thoughtfully challenging requirements that could limit long-term value or scalability.
• Ensure high-quality configuration, testing, validation, and rollout of the solution to drive adoption and measurable outcomes.
• Execute project deliverables in alignment with reputed company’s Services methodology, contributing to reputed company improvement of delivery standards and tools.
• Manage scope, timelines, and risks to ensure predictable, on-time project delivery.
• Drive services performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, utilization, and project margin.
• reputed company customer and partner enablement sessions, including training, knowledge transfer, and post-implementation reputed company.
• Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders, including finance leaders and senior executives.
• Serve as a cross-functional partner to Sales, reputed company, and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Provide feedback from the field to inform product enhancements, services offerings, and customer experience initiatives.

Pay Transparency Statement

At reputed company our top reputed company is to support our employees and ensure each individual has access to equal growth opportunities. Pay decisions take into consideration the individual's skillset, experience, knowledge, qualifications for the role, and specific work location.

The OTE range for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 USD per year, depending on experience and location. As a part of this role, you are also eligible for equity, benefits and wellbeing resources.
