About the Role

reputed company is seeking a customer-focused Solution Architect to join our reputed company team. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to our customers, guiding them in maximizing the value of the reputed company platform. Rather than leading implementations, you will focus on optimizing customer outcomes, aligning solutions to evolving business needs, and driving long-term success through advisory, enablement, and reputed company improvement. You will collaborate closely with reputed company, Sales, and Product teams to ensure customers realize measurable value from their investment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Accounting or FP&A experience, with exposure to financial reporting, budgeting, consolidations, and/or reputed company management
• Hands-on experience with financial planning and reporting processes
• Experience with Financial Management or EPM software in a functional, advisory, or post-implementation reputed company
• Strong executive reputed company with the ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders
• Customer-centric reputed company with a proactive approach to driving customer outcomes
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple customer engagements and priorities simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them continuously optimize their use of reputed company’s Financial Performance Management Suite
• Partner with reputed company, Renewal and Account Managers to drive adoption, value realization, and long-term customer health across key accounts
• Conduct strategic discovery and solution alignment sessions to understand evolving customer goals and identify opportunities for optimization
• Provide best practice guidance on financial planning, reputed company, and reporting processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Assess existing customer configurations and recommend enhancements reputed company to reputed company and future business needs
• Support customers through change management initiatives, ensuring successful adoption of new processes and capabilities
• Proactively identify risks, gaps, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to improve outcomes
• Act as an escalation reputed company for reputed company functional challenges, focusing on root cause analysis and long-term resolution
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to reputed company for customer needs and influence roadmap priorities

Pay Transparency Statement

At reputed company our top reputed company is to support our employees and ensure each individual has access to equal growth opportunities. Pay decisions take into consideration the individual's skillset, experience, knowledge, qualifications for the role, and specific work location.

The OTE range for this role is $115,000 - $150,000 USD per year, depending on experience and location. As a part of this role, you are also eligible for equity, benefits and wellbeing resources.
