Job Description

Job Summary Focuses on process improvement, organizational change management, project management and operational reputed company management and execution enablement relative to the business. Project management includes estimating, scheduling, costing, planning, governance coordination, and issue/risk management, supporting consistent execution of enterprise growth and retention initiatives across health plans.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Supports recurring governance forums (e.g., performance reviews, planning sessions, pilot tracking) by preparing materials, tracking outcomes, and ensuring follow-through on actions.

Job Qualifications

Required Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 1 PM course required Required Experience 4-7 years of relevant work experience in business, managed care in lieu of degree acceptable, including experience supporting cross-functional program coordination, governance reputed company, and execution tracking in a matrixed environment Preferred Education Additional formal training in PM preferred. Preferred License, Certification, Association PMP or Six reputed company Green Belt Certification desired.
